Privacy Policy

Pro-Growth Tech, LLC ("PGT," "we," "us") operates AMP, a social media management tool that connects your business's social accounts, schedules and publishes posts on your behalf, and helps you track engagement across the platforms you choose to connect. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information you provide: name, email, and workspace/brand details (business name, bio, links, logo).
- Content you create: post text, images and video you upload, topic library entries, and any per-platform variants generated from them.
- Connected-platform data: when you connect a social account (e.g. a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account), we store the access tokens needed to publish and read engagement on your behalf, plus basic profile info (page name, username, avatar) for the accounts you connect.
- Usage data: which pages you visit and actions you take within AMP, used only to operate and troubleshoot the product.
How we use it
- To publish and schedule the posts you create to the platforms you've connected.
- To generate draft captions and per-platform variants using Claude (Anthropic's AI model) from the content and brand details you provide.
- To show you engagement metrics (likes, comments, reach, and similar) pulled from the platforms you've connected.
- To operate, secure, and improve AMP.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train AI models.
Third parties we work with
AMP is built on Meta's Graph API (Facebook Pages, Instagram Business) for publishing and analytics on platforms you connect; Anthropic's Claude API for content generation; Supabase for database, authentication, and file storage; and Vercel for hosting. As we add more platforms (LinkedIn, X, Google Business Profile), each is only contacted for the accounts you explicitly connect. We share data with these providers only as needed to operate AMP — never for their own marketing purposes.
Security
Social platform access tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to your workspace's data is restricted to your account's members. We use industry-standard practices — encryption in transit via HTTPS, encryption at rest for sensitive tokens, and row-level access controls in our database — to protect your information.
Data retention & your choices
We keep your data as long as your account is active. You can disconnect a connected social account at any time from the Accounts page, which revokes AMP's stored access to it. To request deletion of your account and its data, contact us using the details below.
Children's privacy
AMP is a business tool and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page if our practices change and note the new effective date above.
